I am gearing up to try meat fatayir with venison. I think they will be terrific. We use cinnamon and allspice in the meat with the onions. I used the dough ball method. I c...These are GREAT! I used the dough ball method. I could have cut smaller dough balls and gotten more than 24 fatayir; the dough was a bit thicker than the picture. Even so, these are delicous! Just the right amout of lemon and spice. I ran out of spinach mix with 4 more dough balls left, so I filled the rest with marinara and cheese and made calzones.
